About us
Built by one person
with strong opinions.
oddthree is an independent software studio. We build focused apps — tools that scratch real itches, designed the way we'd want to use them. No VC funding. No growth hacks. Just software worth your time.
The name comes from a simple idea: three elements, one deliberately different. Look at the logo — three bars, two aligned, one tilted just enough to break the pattern. Every product we ship has that same DNA: familiar enough to feel intuitive, different enough to be memorable.
We started with Breeze, a breathing trainer, because every wellness app we tried was either overloaded with features or buried behind a paywall. We wanted something that opened to a breathing exercise immediately, with no friction. That's what we built.
Floravia came next — a period and cycle tracker that doesn't treat health data as a product to be sold. Everything is stored locally by default. No surveillance, no subscription required to see your own data.
Typefast exists because most typing trainers are either gamified to the point of distraction or painfully dull. We wanted something clean: open it, start typing, see your WPM, close it. That's the whole app.
We care obsessively about craft, performance, and not wasting your attention. Every feature in every app went through the question: does this make the product better, or does it just make the product bigger? Usually those are different things.
This blog is where we write about the things we've learned — about breathing, cycle health, productivity, and the process of building software as a small studio. If you find it useful, we've done our job.
