These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of oddthree.com and the apps Breeze, Floravia, and Typefast (collectively, the "Services") operated by oddthree ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Services
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Services.
- Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the Services in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Use the Services to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content.
- Impersonate oddthree or any other person or entity.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@oddthree.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Free and Pro Plans
Some apps offer a free tier and a paid "Pro" plan. Free features are provided as-is with no guarantees of continued availability. Pro subscriptions are billed as described at the point of purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied.
Health Information Disclaimer (Floravia)
Floravia is an informational and tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Predictions (such as ovulation estimates) are based on statistical patterns and may not be accurate for every individual. Do not rely on Floravia as a contraceptive method. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and trademarks in the Services are the property of oddthree or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Content you create within the Services (e.g., your cycle logs, typing test results) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Services to you.
Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.
Availability and Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of significant changes. We are not liable for any interruption or discontinuation of service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, oddthree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which oddthree is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
